In addition to the following, the CGMA Master Classes website and courses require that you have proficiency in English.

System Requirements

  • A broadband or high-speed Internet connection
  • Adobe Flash plug-in version 9 or better
  • All pop-up blocking software disabled or set to allow www.cgmwmasterclasses.com and www.cgmwonline.com
  • Javascript enabled
  • Java applets or Active X controls enabled
  • Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 (32-bit color quality recommended)

Elluminate Live Program for Live Q and A

The minimum system requirements to run Elluminate Live! version 10 for Windows, Macs, and Linux are listed below. Additionally, you will need Java version 1.5 or 1.6. If you do not already have Java installed, you can configure it from http://www.elluminate.com/support/.

Windows:

  • Windows XP/Vista/7
  • Pentium III 1 GHz processor
  • 256 MB RAM
  • 20 MB free disk space
  • Soundcard with speakers and microphone or headset
  • 28.8 kbps Internet connection
  • Sun Java 1.5.0_17 or 1.6.0_12 or greater
  • Supported browsers: Windows XP & Vista: Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.5, Firefox 4.0; Windows 7: Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 4.0

Mac OS X:

  • Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.6
  • G4, G5, or Intel processor
  • 256 MB RAM
  • 20 MB free disk space
  • Microphone (internal, USB, or iSight)
  • 28.8 kbps Internet connection

NOTE: For a better audio signal, Elluminate recommends using an external microphone and external speakers. Common PC microphones do not work in a Mac microphone jack, so Mac users should use USB microphones. Elluminate does support the internal microphone in an iSight camera, under OS X 10.4 or later.

Linux:
